Manufacturer warranties are great but what happens when your charger is past its warranty? You have the cost of the repair, and the inconvenience of using a slower Level 1 charger, or the public networks, at significant expense. Even if your charger is within the manufacturer’s warranty period you have added expense.

Unlike other equipment, your charger may be hardwired into your electrical system. In this case, removing the charger and reinstalling the repaired unit will require a licensed electrician. You also have to package and ship the charger to the manufacturer or their representative.

The Hwisel Swap-out Service Plan eliminates all the headaches, costs, and inconveniences associated with service.

Plan Details:

• In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty or provides coverage after the warranty has expired

• If the charger can’t be fixed onsite a complimentary charger will be provided until the unit is repaired

The Swap-out Service Plan is fully cancellable at any time. There is a 30-day waiting period before the Plan can be used. The charger has no existing issue.
